Registration Steps for Limkokwing Cyberjaya

Malaysian Student

How to complete the application :

  • Read the applicable “Terms & Conditions” before completing the form
  • Complete the form in BLOCK letters
  • Registration fee of RM 500. Cheques / bank drafts should be made payable to LIMKOKWING UNIVERSITY OF CREATIVE TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL SDN. BHD.
  • Certified copies of Academic Results relevant to entry requirements
  • Photocopy of Identity Card back and front copy
  • 1 passport sized photograph with white background (35mm x 45mm)
  • Portfolio consisting 3 pieces of Original Artwork, if applicable

Additional fees payable :

Payable after receiving the Acceptance / Offer Letter or upon arrival at Limkokwing University of Creative Technology

International Student

How to complete the application :

  • Complete the form in BLOCK letters
  • Registration fee of RM 1,000. Cheques / bank drafts should be made payable to LIMKOKWING UNIVERSITY OF CREATIVE TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL SDN. BHD.
  • Student Visa Application Fee (EMGS):
    • General - RM 2,289 (1 Year)
    • Indonesian - RM 2,928 (2 Years)
  • Certified copies of Academic Results relevant to entry requirements
  • Proof of English Language Proficiency e.g. IELTS or TOEFL, if applicable
  • 1 passport sized photograph with white background (35mm x 45mm)
  • Portfolio consisting 3 pieces of Original Artwork, if applicable
  • Copy of curriculum vitae is required for students above 25 years old
  • As required by the Malaysian government, international students need to undergo one set of health examination/medical check-up:
    • Health Declaration Form
    • Second health examination – International students need to undergo a second medical check-up within seven (7) days of arrival in Malaysia. A 2nd health examination form must be completed.
  • Only for post-graduate applicants: 2 letters of reference / recommendation provided by current employer / professor or former community leader

Students seeking entry with advanced standing or with credit exemptions are required to submit the following additional documents :

  • Release letter from previous institution / college / university
  • Transcripts/Results of ALL completed modules
  • Course Syllabus
  • Portfolio, if applicable
  • Attendance from previous college / university (in Malaysia)

Note: Please mail or fax the remittance slip once transaction is made. Name of student and I/C or passport no. should be written on the reverse side of the slip. Slip can be faxed to 603-8318-7913 (Cash payment payable at the Bursary Department).

Step 4

Processing Your Application

Processing Information for International Applicants
  • An acceptance letter will be sent out to successful applicants.
  • The University submits an application to the Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) for processing of the student’s visa (6-8 weeks).
  • eVAL can be downloaded by student in EMGS website once it is APPROVED
  • Students are required to complete the rest of the application procedure (when necessary i.e. Accommodation Booking & Airport Arrival) if they have not yet done so.
  • Health declaration form before arrival. Health screening will also be available for international students within 7 working days upon arrival in Malaysia.
