Understand the concepts of accounting, acquire the analytical & numerical skills, preparation of accounts, book-keeping techniques, and interpretation of financial statements.
Adapt & apply the knowledge and skills in making financing decisions.
Participation in group and team activities designed to simulate the work environment.
Economics theory & its applications, the law that applies to businesses, both from contract and company perspectives.
A pass in STPM/A-Level or its equivalent, with a minimum Grade C+ (GP 2.33) in any two subjects, and credits in Mathematics and a pass in English at SPM/O-Level OR
A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Jayyid, (good) and credits in Mathematics and a pass in English at SPM level OR
A pass in UEC with minimum 5 B OR
A diploma in accounting or related field, or its equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.50, and credits in Mathematics and a pass in English at SPM/O-Level OR
Matriculation/Foundation qualification or its equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.50, and credits in Mathematics and a pass in English at SPM/O-Level. AND
NOTE - For SPM holders who does not have credit in English, MUET Band 3 is acceptable as approved by the Senate.
